Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we ensure that the product you receive is exactly the same as shown in the image. However, slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen display differences.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After placing an order, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your receipt. You can also view your order history and invoice from your account dashboard.

How can I return an item?

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on lingerie/nightwear unless there is a defect.

We deliver all across Bangladesh. Standard delivery time is 2-5 working days depending on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders inside Dhaka. For outside Dhaka, we require advance payment via bKash/Nagad.
